Heather LeBron works as an executive assistant for CEBA’s executive leadership team. Heather is a skilled communicator, efficient organizer, and fluent Spanish speaker who brings warmth, precision, and professionalism to the workplace. 

With a strong background supporting executives, managing complex calendars, and coordinating operations, she is known for her positive presence, sharp intuition, and ability to keep everyone and everything on track. Her personal journey as a mother and cancer survivor gives her a grounded perspective and deep empathy, which shines through in how she supports teams and builds relationships.
