Associate, Policy Innovation
Jack joins CEBA as an associate on the Policy Innovations team where he supports CEBA members in achieving their renewable energy goals by overcoming policy barriers and promoting clean energy policies. Before joining CEBA, Jack completed a year long internship at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory where he researched regulatory barriers and permitting structures for energy infrastructure development. Jack holds a J.D. and Masters in Energy Regulation and Law from Vermont Law School and a B.S. from St. Michaels College.
