Phoebe Romero

Phoebe Romero is a Senior Equity Manager focused on advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in the Beyond the Megawatt Initiative. She previously worked at the City of Austin Office of Sustainability on equitable climate planning and programming aimed at improving quality of life outcomes for historically impacted communities. She is a strong relationship-builder, connector, and public speaker, and believes in the power of collective action to protect the future of our planet and communities. She has a BA in Political Science and Latin American studies from Brown University and a joint Professional Science Master’s in Environmental Management and Sustainable Development from St. Edward’s University and the Catholic University of the West in Angers, France.
