Board Manager & Chief of Staff

She designed, taught, and facilitated professional development experiences for teachers and undergraduate students who were building their teaching skills or sustainability knowledge. Rachel has an M.S. from the University of Vermont in Leadership for Sustainability with a focus in education for sustainability where she explored how equitable social systems are essential in creating a sustainable future.
Rachel lives in Waterbury, Vermont, with her husband and two dogs, and a multitude of plants. In her free time, she loves exploring natural places with her companions, cultivating flower and veggies gardens, and connecting with her community.
