Marketing Associate, Market and Policy Innovations
Rachel is an Associate in Marketing, Communications and PR supporting CEBA’s Market and Policy Innovations team. Rachel previously was the Manager of Executive Affairs for the Smart Electric Power Alliance. In this role she was the principal liaison for SEPA’s Board of Directors and facilitated SEPA’s utility-only executive group that discussed pressing issues pertaining to the clean energy transition. Rachel has experience supporting equitable and sustainable transitions in Appalachia through her work with the Central Appalachian Network’s Clean Energy Practitioners. She is also a 2017 Fellow of the Clean Energy Leadership Institute, an organization dedicated to developing the next generation of diverse leaders addressing climate change.
Rachel holds a dual Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia in Anthropology and Global Development with a concentration in Public Health.
