Sam Lageson

Sam Lageson works as CEBA’s human resources specialist. He brings a broad range of HR experience spanning specialist, HR business partner, and HRIS roles across diverse environments, including retail, corporate finance, and nonprofit organizations.

Most recently, Sam served as an HRIS Specialist at Goodwill of the Columbia Willamette, supporting more than 2,500 employees by ensuring accurate, compliant employee data management and leading the rebuild of the organization’s HR platform to better align with its structure and evolving needs.
