Celeste Wanner

Celeste is a Senior Associate on the Market & Policy Innovation team where she supports CEBA’s policy work in the South and Southeast, with a focus on Louisiana, Georgia, and MISO South.

Before joining CEBA, Celeste was a consultant for the Center for Applied Environmental Law & Policy and a coalition of environmental non-profits, helping to develop policies and technical analyses to strengthen federal climate and public health regulations. Previously, Celeste worked at the American Wind Energy Association where she led the development of a variety of reports and educational materials about the wind industry and analyzed clean energy policies to support AWEA’s policy advocacy. During her graduate studies, Celeste interned with the White House Council on Environmental Quality and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management.
