Specialist, Operations
Luis is the Operations Specialist responsible for ensuring workstations and conference spaces are in proper working condition; working with building management on communal space reservations and managing employees’ building access key fobs; supporting the development and implementation of Finance, People, and Operations procedures and systems across the organization; and participating in the development, maintenance, and the establishment of processes to ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures.
Luis orchestrates seamless operations and cultivates a welcoming environment for employees, vendors, and guests. Luis has a keen eye for detail and a passion for service excellence, using his skills to ensure every facet of the workplace functions efficiently and fosters a positive and productive space. Prior to joining CEBA, Luis worked at ClearPath. He led initiatives to update and create working documents and to streamline processes across multiple teams. His leadership extends beyond administrative tasks. Luis facilitates, trains, and inspires those around him to cultivate an environment where each member excels in their roles and finds joy in their work.
Luis has a Certificate in Operations Management from Harvard University, a Certificate in Front Desk Representation (CFDR) and Guest Service (CGSP) from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, a Certificate in Customer Service and Sales from NRF Advanced Customer Service, and a Certificate in Sales Certification from the University of the District of Columbia.
