Kimberly Eddings

Kimberly Eddings is the Director of Human Resources, where she focuses on aligning talent management, organizational culture, organizational development, and workforce planning to CEBA’s long-term organizational goals and long-term growth.

Before joining CEBA, Kimberly served as the Director of Talent, Organizational Development, & Governance at the Infectious Diseases Society of America, the head of HR for the National Association for the Education of Young Children, and served in various HR management and generalist roles for George Washington University, Friendship Public Charter Schools, The Ohio State University, & The Executive Learning Lab.

Kimberly holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL and a bachelor’s degree in political science from The Ohio State University.
