Lindsay Battenberg

Lindsay Battenberg joins CEBA as the Director of Policy in the West to help the western regional market capitalize on opportunities to accelerate clean energy deployment. Before joining CEBA, she spent 3 years at the Climate Imperative Foundation as a Senior Program Officer, executing grantmaking strategies to accelerate the decarbonization of the U.S. electricity sector. Additionally, Lindsay brings over a decade of experience in clean energy policy analysis and legislative and regulatory strategy, including roles at Proterra and Pacific Gas & Electric. Lindsay has a B.S. and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. Lindsay works from California, where she can best meet the needs of her portfolio.
