Christina Bailey Shaver, CEBA’s Deputy Director of Policy in the West, brings experience in government affairs and public policy leadership with extensive experience advancing clean energy, infrastructure, and community-focused initiatives across the western United States. Most recently, she served as Manager of Government Affairs for Invenergy in the Pacific Northwest & Nevada, guiding multi-state strategies, building industry and community partnerships, and promoting renewable energy development through coordinated outreach and collaboration. Previously, Christina spent eight years at NV Energy as its Senior Government Relations Adviser, leading engagement with elected officials and community partners, managing internal teams and consultants, and shaping company priorities through coalition-building and strategic communication. Earlier in her career, she held roles with the Nevada Assembly and the Council of State Governments West, strengthening her expertise in legislative outreach and regional collaboration. She is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno.
