As the Texas Public Utilities Commission contemplates changes to the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) market, CEBA supports efforts to holistically address cost-effective and customer-centric solutions for improving grid reliability. However, CEBA also urges the Commission to consider the negative impact that market changes could have on renewable energy development, and therefore economic development in the state.
