Portal Registration

All CEBA members are invited to register for their complimentary access to CEBA InterConnect. For questions about InterConnect, please email us.

To register, please follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to the InterConnect sign up page.  
2. Complete the form by entering your name, work email, company name (please do not use an acronym), and creating a password. 
3. Press submit.

4. Next you will receive an automated email from education@cebuyers.org to confirm your email address. Click the link in this email.
   • If you do not receive an automated email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. Please see additional instructions below to troubleshoot spam and firewall issues.  
5. After one business day, you will receive an email confirming your registration has been completed.

Troubleshooting Spam and Firewall Issues

The following guidance is provided to ensure CEBA emails come directly to your inbox and you stay apprised of important CEBA updates and announcements.

OPTION ONE

PC 

Add @cebuyers.org to your approved sender list in Outlook

1. Click “Settings”
2. “View all Outlook settings”
3. Go to “Junk email”
4. Choose “Safe senders and domains” or “Safe mailing lists” to select the domain AND email
5. Enter domain name [@cebuyers.org] AND the primary CEBA email address [communications@cebuyers.org] to the Safe Senders list

Mac

1. Highlight an email from communications@cebuyers.org.
2. CTL-Click to display the pop-up menu.
3. Highlight Sender.
4. Select Add to Contacts.

OR 

1. Navigate to File> New> Contact
2. Create an entry for communications@cebuyers.org to ensure delivery of CEBA comms

OPTION TWO

Contact your IT department to add the cebuyers.org domain to the safe sender list across your network to ensure CEBA communications make it through your company firewall.   For troubleshooting support or other InterConnect questions, please email our team.
