The CEBA Boot Camp is a customized, in-depth learning opportunity to help energy customers navigate the complexities of energy markets and procurement pathways. Boot Camps are led by experienced buyers, legal and procurement experts, who serve as faculty together with CEBA staff facilitators. Attendees collaborate to learn about each stage of the procurement process, best practices, lessons, learned, and how to avoid common transactional pitfalls.
CEBA creates a safe space where new customers can understand the basics of how to pursue clean energy – from thinking about strategy, procurement approaches, to mitigating risk. Importantly, participants also learn how to manage internal barriers and obtain buy-in to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
