Alex Chambers

• Alex Chambers is an Associate on CEBA’s Global Programs team. In this role, Alex supports CEBA’s markets and policy initiatives in the Asia-Pacific, bringing extensive experience navigating the region’s diverse business and policy landscapes. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Japanese.

Prior to joining CEBA, Alex served as a Senior Business Development Associate at Chemonics International, where he led project development for USAID-funded sustainable development programs across the Asia-Pacific. He previously managed ESG due diligence and strategic risk advisory engagements focused on Asian markets at Blackpeak, an ION Analytics company.

Alex holds a master’s degree in international public management, with a concentration in global energy policy, from Sciences Po in Paris, France, and a bachelor’s degree in international studies and East Asian Studies from Johns Hopkins University.
