Ben Springer

Ben Springer is Director of Corporate Communications at CEBA, helping to develop, lead and implement strategic messaging and engagement across the organization.

Prior to joining CEBA, Ben worked in policy and communications consulting, creating and guiding strategy for clients in the clean energy, technology, manufacturing, transportation, and finance sectors. Before that, Ben served at the British Embassy Washington, leading climate and clean energy policy for the British government across the US. Earlier in his career, Ben worked on energy transition issues for EDF, Inc., Energy Future Coalition, Ceres, and David Gardiner & Associates.

He previously helped lead the Clean Energy Leadership Institute, served on the Frederick County Sustainability Commission, advised the Solar Rating and Certification Corporation, and is a member of the Common Grain Alliance. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s from Uppsala University.
