Ian Harrison

Ian Harrison is the Clean Energy Buyers Association’s (CEBA’s) senior vice president of government affairs. Ian is responsible for CEBA’s relationships with federal and state legislators, governors, and administration policy makers.

Ian previously was the president and founder of Bipartisan Climate Action, supporting candidates of either party willing to pass significant and enduring legislation to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, grow the U.S. economy, and advance energy security. Prior to entering politics and advocacy, Ian was a partner of Deloitte London in the financial services industry, delivering financial control systems for global merchant banks.

Ian serves on the board of the Conservative Climate Foundation and the executive board of the Sustainable Environment and Energy Coalition Institute. He studied engineering and telecommunications at the City of London University and received a bachelor of arts degree in economics and business administration from Regis University in Colorado.
