Katie Southworth

Katie Southworth is the Deputy Director for Market & Policy Innovation in the South and Southeast. Prior to joining CEBA, Katie served as advocacy director at Southface Institute, an Atlanta-based sustainable building and development nonprofit. Katie’s experience includes leading clean energy programs, climate policy development, and electricity system planning at the State of Tennessee Office of Energy Programs and consulting on the Natural Resources Defense Council’s Sustainable Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Project. She holds degrees from Vanderbilt University and the University of Tennessee College of Law.
