Kyle Bakes

Kyle Bakes is the Clean Energy Buyers Association’s (CEBA’s) Associate of Government Affairs. Kyle supports CEBA’s engagement with federal and state legislators, regulatory agencies, and key stakeholders to advance market-driven clean energy policies.

Kyle previously served as a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he managed a diverse policy portfolio including energy, healthcare, social security, agriculture, and oversight. He helped shape policy initiatives, built bipartisan support, and engaged stakeholders to drive solutions.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from Lynn University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
