Lorrie Gonzalez

Lorrie is the Director of Operations at CEBA. She is irrationally passionate about creating strategies and building systems that elevate people to do their best work.

Lorrie brings a wealth of insight and a unique diversity of experience. She discovered her fascination with connecting the dots between people and performance while proudly serving for 15 years in the US Army. Lorrie specialized in operations, procurement, and safe freight delivery, valued at $5 billion, at different locations throughout the United States, and the Middle East.

Lorrie is a purpose-driven and people-centered leader. She enjoys building teams that think big, works hard, and bring out the best in each other.

A proud woman of faith, Lorrie enjoys exploring her full potential. Her fascination with business operations led her to earn an MBA from Sam Houston State University, a KOLBE certification, and hundreds of hours of research on personal and professional growth.

Lorrie enjoys studying personal development, mediating, traveling, time with family and friends, and listening to music—especially when it reminds her of her hometown, New Orleans, Louisiana.
