CEBA’s membership supports substantive changes to the North Carolina House Bill 951 to meet the needs of all ratepayers in the state. In its current form, House Bill 951 would remove existing processes at the North Carolina Utilities Commission that provide oversight and customer protections. CEBA recommends amendments that would increase customer access to clean energy and encourage continued economic development in the state.
