CEBA Brings the Customer Voice to Transmission Expansion and Planning Reforms at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
CEBA filed comments at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on Tuesday, October 12th in response to FERC’s July 15th Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANOPR) on revisions to improve transmission planning, cost allocation, and generator interconnection processes.

Transmission infrastructure is an essential component of unlocking cost-efficient emissions reductions solutions and is critical to enabling well-designed organized wholesale markets to function.
