Jake Simmons

Jake is a Senior Manager on the membership team at CEBA. He has over 20 years of experience working with global clients in trade, finance, clean technology, and cyber-network operations. Before joining CEBA, Jake was the director of Mid-Atlantic and international business development at RER Energy Group. He has worked with artificial intelligence experts in the United States and Ethiopia to develop and implement technology to enhance grid stability.

As a business development expert, Jake worked with government and business leaders on projects related to infrastructure, clean technology, agricultural systems, and power generation targeting emerging market expansion in Africa and the Caribbean. In addition to his exposure to advanced clean technology initiatives, Jake has been involved in all aspects of clean energy development, from sourcing opportunities and engaging government and private stakeholders to secure project funding.
