Katherine McRae

Katherine McRae has joined CEBA in the role of People Manager, Learning & Engagement to help cultivate an environment of both professional and personal development. She has an extensive experience working with all organizational levels creating, promoting, and delivering training solutions designed to support the organization’s mission and vision and accelerate the movement to renewable energy. Katherine is passionate about creating an interactive and enjoyable culture and climate that embraces learning and wellness.

Katherine specializes in leading complex initiatives, developing tools, establishing processes, and implementing learning and development in organizations. She has been an integral partner in defining training and development programs that help professionals be the best version of themselves so they can have an increased impact through the work they do. She has a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston, a M.Ed. in Organizational Learning from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and is currently writing her dissertation for her Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction at Texas Tech University with a research focus on social-emotional wellness. She is also a certified adult learning coach who is passionate about developing talent, supporting and mentoring employees in their career journeys and developing leaders with emotional intelligence and awareness.

Personally, she loves to garden, explore nature, cook, and spend time with her family. She lives with her husband, daughter and son in Texas.
