Pallavi Jain

Pallavi Jain has joined CEBA as the Senior Director of People to lead the full spectrum of human resources and people function. She will play an essential role in creating an inclusive culture that enables a diverse set of individuals to thrive while increasing the collective impact of the team in creating a zero-carbon energy system. 

Most recently, Pallavi served as the Human Resources Director for a decade at Dumbarton Oaks Research Institute, Harvard University. She was responsible for all aspects of the people operations heading the overall administration and strategic management. Her expertise includes strategic planning, organizational development and redesign, policy formulation, talent management and development, training, coaching, compensation, employee relations, wellness initiatives and building an inclusive culture with staff engagement and diversity at all levels. She believes in continuous improvement and initiated many innovative and creative ideas/projects working in collaboration with other leaders at Harvard.    

Prior to working with Harvard, she was with ABT Associates as HR consultant and JCB India Limited as HR Manager for about five years where she was involved in various international and creative projects. She has an MBA in Human Resources and Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics. She is a certified Human Resources professional with PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. She is also a certified social and emotional intelligence coach who is passionate about developing talent, supporting and mentoring employees in their career journeys and developing leaders with emotional intelligence and awareness.

Personally, she loves to paint, read books, meditate, spend time in nature and listen to music. She lives with her husband, daughter and son in Maryland.
